Strategy[]

Player[]

Being a tank, Bludgeon is the most armored of the Warrior class. As such he is ideal to take on Scouts who can deal big hits like Prowl. Bludgeon is also the only Warrior class Bot with ranged heavy attacks.

Opponent[]

General[]

Try not to get hit by his Special II with his Metallikato active. That attack deals major Crit damage. The first two hits are relatively easy to dodge, but try to dash back as soon as he fires his turret.

Rulers of Kaon[]

Realistically, this Bludgeon fight plays like any other Bludgeon in the game. The trigger rate mod increases chances of his Metallikato triggering, bleeds being inflicted and armor buffs being triggered.

Strong Match-ups[]

  • Shockwave will fail to gather Energy Charges from Bludgeon's blades.
  • Blaster - This tanky warrior does not use energy projectiles and will not allow Blaster to Repair when struck by his projectiles.
  • Megatron (ROTF) - Bleeds and Strong critical hits will bypass Megatron’s tough armor making this bot quite hard for Megatron to adapt to.

Weak Match-ups[]

  • Brawlers
  • Grindor can reduce Bludgeon's critical rating.
  • Motormaster can break the evil samurai's Armor.
  • Optimus Primal - Bludgeon will have a harder time to land Metallikato and if he thinks he can land it, the ape will put a repair from that idea.
  • Ultra Magnus will quickly build up physical resistance against all but one of Bludgeon's attacks.
  • Nemesis Prime can copy and nullify Bludgeon’s armor.
  • Megatron can steal Bludgeon’s buffs and use it against him.
  • Grimlock quickly purifies bleeds which will fuel the his rage.
  • Megatronus can break Bludgeon’s armor with special 1 and the critical hits and bleeds will deal less damage when relic of preservation is active.

Recommended Modules[]

  • The Harm Accelerator can enhance Bludgeon's Bleeds.
  • Nightbird's Mark– This mod will drastically increase Bludgeon’s Critical Rating, especially his Signature Ability, and improve his Bleeding attacks.
  • Security Module - Enhanced Armor Buffs will toughen up this tank.

Obtainment[]

  • Bot Crystal
  • Bludgeon Arenas
    • Way of the Blade (3-Star)
    • Metallikato Mayhem (4-Star)
  • Warrior Tank Crystal

Notes[]

  • His design is based on the Revenge of the Fallen N.E.S.T. Global Alliance Bludgeon toy (Which is also used in Transformers : Earth Wars and Transformers : Legends.)
  • All of Bludgeon's attacks are Physical, except for the cannon blast of his Special 2.
